| Holiday Inn can go to Hell. They are the first place I ever attempted a charge back. I booked a hotel room an wanted to cancel it. They told me that since I prepaid it, I wouldn't get a refund at all (not just for the first night, they charged me for ALL nights). I gave them four days advanced notice, so more than likely, they'll end up selling my room and end up charging two people for the same room.
They told me they made this clear on the phone. If you call some girl that mutters quickly under her breath clear, then maybe, but I didn't hear squat. I'll never stay at Holiday Inn again. They can go fuck themseles.
